A1 : Her Cheng Enterprise(Thailand) Co.,Ltd. manufactures Motorcycle shock
       absorbers, One ton pick up shock absorbers, 4X4 shock absorbers under the YASUSU
       and BM Brand name. Moreover, this company produces shock absorbers under the
       customer’s private brands to serve the markets.
 

Q2 : Which technologies and know how that Her Cheng Enterprise Thailand)
       Co.,Ltd. are applied in order to come with the high quality of shock absorber?

 
  A2 : Our company’s technologies and know how are applied from Japanese
       technologies, and we also have been supported by experts and technicians.
 

Q3 : Which criteria of raw materials is your company use for producing your products?

 
  A3 : We use the same criteria as our master company (YASUSU) in Japan for
       selecting the raw materials. Some raw materials, we collect in the local area
       because they have the same criteria as our foreign suppliers, but some we have
       to ship from outside countries. It depends on the raw material’s standard of
       each supplier. The point that we select some local supply is to support and
       create the jobs for them. It also improves their living styles.
 

Q4 : How can the consumer rely on your company’s products, YASUSU and BM
       Brands?

 
  A4 : Our master company has been performing in shock absorber industry for more
       than two decades. In Thailand, we have performed in shock absorber industry
       since 1991. Our company’s objective is concentrated on the customer’s usage, so
       our technicians always develop and improve our company’s products in order to
       satisfy customer’s requirements. Moreover, our company is certified by ISO 9002
       standard and Thailand Brand, which is certified by Department of Export
Promotion.
      Moreover, right now, our products have been exported to many areas such as
      Middle East Asia Area, Southeast Asia Area, South African Area, Australia
      Continent, and so on. Therefore, we proudly and confidentially inform to all our
      customers that our product standards and products are accepted from worldwide
      customers.
 

Q5 : In some case, if your products have the unexpected problem occur, what should the
       customers do?

 
  A5 : According to our past performance record, we have the really low rate of shock
       absorber’s break before its warrantee useful life. However, if our products
       are broken due to the normal usage, we are willing to receive the claim of every shock
       absorber under our  company’s production and all comments from customers in order
       to improve our products’ quality.
